How It Works (Simple, Start to Finish)

2. We print everything in-house
Every order runs directly through our London studio.
That means tighter quality control, quicker turnaround, and real people checking your job — not a remote print farm.
Most orders are printed and shipped within a few days, and your exact delivery estimate is always shown at checkout.
3. Choose your delivery (or collect locally)
We offer standard, priority, and express shipping options at checkout.
Local to East London?
Same-day collection is available for a fee, depending on workload and order type.

Ordering & Production
How long does it take to make my stickers?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2-3 working days.
Because everything is produced in-house, we don’t wait on third parties or overseas factories. Your exact turnaround is shown at checkout based on what you select.
When does my order go into production?
As soon as:
- your payment clears
- your artwork is uploaded
- and your order details are locked
Once production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed, so double-check your design and order specifications before placing your order.
Can I rush my order?
Yes.
We offer priority, express, and same-day collection (London) options depending on workload. If it’s urgent, message us before ordering and we’ll tell you straight what’s possible.
Do you send proofs before printing?
We only send proofs if:
- you request one
- your artwork needs clarification
- or there’s a technical issue
Otherwise, we print exactly what you upload, straight-forward and fast.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No you can order as little as one sticker!
It's important to note that our stickers are priced in batches, so there is a minimum quantity per design. This keeps quality high and pricing fair. You’ll see available quantities on our product page.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If we mess up, we fix it.
If the issue comes from the artwork supplied, or shipping we’ll do our best to figure out what happened and work with you to a solution.

Artwork & Design
What file formats do you accept?
We recommend PNG, PDF, or SVG.
High-resolution files with transparency work best for die-cut and contour-cut stickers.
What resolution should my artwork be?
StickerMob highly reccomends a resolution of:
300 DPI
designed at final print size
Low-resolution artwork will print low-resolution. We will not be able to print your artwork if it is below 75 DPI.
Do you check artwork before printing?
Yes, before, during and after. We are always looking for:
- resolution issues
- cut lines
- obvious print problems
We will not redesign your work unless you ask us to.
Can you help if my artwork isn’t print-ready?
Yes.
If your file needs small fixes, we’ll let you know. For bigger changes or design help, message us before ordering so we can sort it properly.
Will small details and text print clearly?
They can, if the artwork allows it.
Very thin lines or tiny text may not survive cutting or outdoor use. If you’re unsure, ask us first.
Can I upload multiple designs in one order?
Yes.
You can upload multiple designs for a small fee, just make sure the quantity selected applies to each design unless stated otherwise.
Materials & Durability
What are your stickers made from?
We print using industry standard high-quality vinyl and inks, designed strong durability, high colour accuracy.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes.
They’re water-resistant and weather-proof, suitable for outdoor use.
How long do the stickers last?
Outdoors: 1–3 years depending on exposure.
Indoors: much longer.
UV, friction, and surface type all affect lifespan.
What surfaces do they stick to best?
Smooth, clean surfaces work best:
- glass
- metal
- plastic
- painted panels
Dirty, textured, or powder-coated surfaces reduce adhesion.
Do different finishes affect durability?
Yes.
Some finishes prioritise visual impact, others longevity. We’ll always flag if a finish is more delicate.
Will the colours match my screen?
We print in CMYK.
Screens use RGB. That means minor colour variation is normal, especially with neon or very dark colours.
Shipping & Tracking
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
- order size
- delivery speed
- destination
No surprise charges after payment.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
UK delivery is usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary by location.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes.
Same-day or scheduled collection is available from our East London studio for a fee. Message us before ordering to confirm availability.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If it’s a courier issue, we’ll help you chase it.
