Shipping policy
Below is everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your custom stickers.
Order Processing Times
All StickerMob products are made to order.
Standard production time: 3–7 business days
Priority & Express options: Available at checkout (when applicable)
Production begins only after we receive artwork and payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are separate from production times.
Estimated delivery windows (UK):

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
International shipping times vary by destination and customs conditions.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Weight/size of package

Chosen delivery method
Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
Order Tracking
If you select a tracked shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order dispatches.
Untracked shipping options do not include tracking, and we cannot monitor their journey once handed to the courier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
StickerMob is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Parcels returned due to customer error

Redelivery fees required by couriers
If you realise you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@stickermob.co.uk.
If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll update it for you.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number.
We’ll help investigate with the courier and support you through the claim process.
We cannot replace or refund orders that:

Are marked as “Delivered” by the courier

Were shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Used an untracked service
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us within 7 days with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items
We’ll review the case and help arrange a replacement where appropriate.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
StickerMob cannot predict these charges or cover them.
Delays at customs are not under our control and may extend shipping times.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments depending on size or production timing. You will not be charged extra for this.
