StickerMob (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides custom sticker printing and related services. By using our site, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of our service without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time if behaviour or usage violates these terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Information

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority in your region. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making an account or placing an order.

3. Custom Products & Artwork

Most products sold on StickerMob are custom-made. When uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content you submit, or

  • You have permission to use it.

You may NOT upload artwork that is illegal, hateful, infringing, or violates copyright/trademark laws.
You are fully responsible for the content you provide.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that includes artwork we cannot legally or ethically produce.

4. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products and services may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
We are not liable for any price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

5. Order Processing & Production

Production begins only after:

  • Your order is placed,

  • Payment is received, and

  • Artwork passes basic quality checks.

Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
Custom products cannot be returned unless defective due to our error (see Return & Refund Policy).

Minor colour variations may occur due to screen differences, print processes, material, or finishes. These variations are not considered defects.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events

  • Delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon courier handoff.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment details for all orders.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, shipping services).
We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms.
Use of these tools is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, graphics, text, designs, and content created by StickerMob remain the property of StickerMob and may not be reproduced without permission.

You retain rights to any artwork you upload, unless you grant us permission to use it for marketing or display.

10. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the site or service for:

  • Fraud or unlawful purposes

  • Breaching copyright, trademarks, or IP

  • Uploading harmful, abusive, or offensive content

  • Interfering with the security or functionality of our website

Violation may result in termination of service and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

StickerMob shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our products

  • Inability to use the service

  • Errors, delays, omissions, losses, or interruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StickerMob harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the service

  • Your uploaded artwork or content

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in UK courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our service signifies your acceptance of any changes.
