Refund policy

Custom products are made specifically for you, so we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds for orders with user-submitted artwork unless there's an issue caused on our end.

That said, we stand behind our quality, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every sticker order is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or quantity chosen at checkout

  • Artwork issues supplied by the customer (pixelation, low resolution, wrong colours, etc.)

  • Change of mind after production has begun

Please double-check your artwork, order details, and preview before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a printing or production issue on our side, we will:

  • Reprint the affected items free of charge, or

  • Offer store credit where appropriate

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

We’ll review your case and sort it quickly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Colour Disclaimer

Colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen vs. print differences

  • CMYK vs RGB conversion

  • Material type and finish

Minor colour variation is considered normal for custom printing and is not eligible for return.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Missed deliveries

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost in transit, contact us — we’ll help file a claim and offer support.
